Focusing on You
01 — Individual Therapy
$125 per Session (or Insurance) - 60 minutes
Licensed and Board-Certified Therapists provide high quality, caring and effective Therapy. Individually tailored Treatment Plans, BioPsychoSocial Assessments and Diagnoses helping you identify Your Goals. Using elements of Behavioral Therapies, Solution-Focused Approach, or Trauma-Informed Approach, you will learn skills aimed at managing difficult emotions, healing from trauma, improving communication and relationship skills.
Ask about Family-trained Therapists, Gender-affirming Therapists, or Co-occurring (substance use and mental health) Specialty Therapists.
02 — Family Therapy
$125 per Session (or Insurance) - 60 minutes
Meet with a trained Family Therapist (certified by MDFT International, 2016-2020), or trained Gender-Affirming Therapist skilled in navigating intense family sessions and conflict, treating multi-faceted issues (broken communication with parents, substance use, academic issue, safety, legal issues etc.).
03 — Teens & Children Therapy
$125 per Session (or Insurance) - 60 minutes
Therapy with Teens and Children teaches new communication skills, addresses mental health concerns in age-appropriate way and helps re-engage children and teens with their parents. Learn to improve relationship with others. Goals for this age group include focus on school/academics, behavior and communication with parents and social supports.
04 - Rapid Intake Session
$200 per Member - 60 minutes
(within 48 business hours)
Victoria Counseling understands that sometimes you can’t wait for insurance approvals, and need an urgent therapy session ASAP. We are here for you! We can guarantee to provide your initial session within 48 business hours at a premium cost to cover the price of urgent service and over-time fees. You can’t find this anywhere else. Your Licensed and Board-certified Therapist is standing by!
05 - Groups
$30 or Insurance per group session - 60 minutes
• Depression & Anxiety Therapy Group ( 18+ )
A Depression & Anxiety Therapy Group provides a supportive space for individuals with depression and anxiety to share experiences and learn coping strategies under the guidance of trained therapists. Through discussions and exercises, participants gain insight, mutual support, and a sense of belonging, aiming to reduce isolation and promote emotional healing and growth.

LGBTQ+ Adult therapy group (online or in-person) specializes in treating LGBTQ+ individuals ages 18-60. This online or in-person therapy group, is an important way for people to access affirming therapy that is sensitive to the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning people. The group is one session per week, with various topics based upon group needs. The typical size for groups is 6-8 group members.

Grief Support Therapy Group provides therapeutic support for those who are experiencing the loss of a loved one. This group teaches about stages of grief and loss (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance) and coping skills to manage loss. You will learn about the difference between complicated grief and integrated grief, in a gentle and supportive way. Unlike many grief groups, this group is non-denominational.
60min/once a week by Telehealth or In-person

* Intake session ($150 cash or Insurance-covered Intake Session) is required to enroll in any Group (to rule out any urgent issues and conduct Bio-psycho-social assessment )
